Special occasions, including but not limited to birthday parties, bachelorettes, and other informal celebrations must be pre-approved to assure all plans conform with Town regulations. Additional fees may also be required.

reservations:

To request a reservation, please fill out and submit our form below. 50% deposit required to secure booking. Please note: longer-term bookings prioritized more than three months in advance.

Cancellation Policy: full deposit refund more than 45 days prior to check-in date, 50% deposit refund more than 30 days prior to check-in date, no refund within 30 days of check-in date. Force Majeure related to COVID 19: In the event that the Governor of New York imposes restrictions on travel and/or the use of rental properties within Sullivan County which impact the Term, then we will make every effort to mutually reschedule your event to a later date at no additional charge. As an alternative, at your request, we will promptly refund your deposit less 5% to cover our processing fees.
