As noted by Style Me Pretty and Harper's Bazaar, the Floating Farmhouse's stunning design and idyllic country landscape offer a variety of venue possibilities. Though we operate as a private residence, we have a depth of wedding experience and can readily provide referrals for caterers, planners, and any equipment rentals you may need, as well as hotels, B&Bs, and other home rentals in the immediate area where additional guests can stay. In short, our vow is to help make your stay, and your day, everything you've dreamed it would be.
Our event fee is $5000 plus $75 per guest. This includes access to the Floating Farmhouse grounds for an 8-hour wedding event (ceremony, cocktail and dinner reception), use of our renovated barn for one event, use of house bathroom for up to 100 guests during the event, parking, fire pit and firewood, event refuse containment/removal, grounds clean up post-event, and sales tax. A general liability policy for the event must be purchased separately; costs range from $175 to $350 based on your desired level of event coverage.
A two-night minimum overnight stay is required as well. The overnight rate is $125 per guest per night/seven guest or $875 minimum, plus 8% sales tax as well as a $300 cleaning fee. And a $99 property damage protection plan, in lieu of submitting a large cash security deposit, is required as well. The farmhouse sleeps up to 15 guests.
Rehearsal/welcome dinner, morning-after brunch events, and other wedding-related events billed separately. Holiday weekends require a three-night minimum stay at $150 per guest/seven guest or $1050 minimum per night. Please contact us for more details.
